CONTRIBUTIONS Reports must include: - Contributors must be listed in alphabetical order by last name - If a contributor has a suffix included as part of his name (e.g..Jr., Sr., II) the report must specify this. |

Any
funds that remain can be maintained in a campaign account and reported quarterly. To close
a campaign that still has funds, a candidate may: 1) Donate to another candidate for public office THE PERSONAL USE OF CAMPAIGN FUNDS IS PROHIBITED CONTRIBUTIONS OF OVER $25.00 IN CASH FROM A SINGLE SOURCE IN A CALENDAR YEAR IS PROHIBITED CONTRIBUTIONS FROM OTHER THAN AN INDIVIDUAL, REGISTERED POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE (PAC) OR A POLITICAL PARTY ARE PROHIBITED ANONYMOUS CONTRIBUTIONS ARE PROHIBITED
